Free Trial
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial from your billing page at no cost.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date, provided the service has not been used extensively during that billing period. Refund requests beyond these windows are evaluated case by case.
How to Request a Refund
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase, or use the receipt emailed to you by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the unused remainder of a period unless required by law.
